1) Das H.A.P.P.Y Kuchenloch – An art project to promote cakes! (pictured above)
Vienna local Diana Pereira: “With me motto “Let them eat cake” very tasty and cheap cakes are freshly baked during the whole afternoon. And with your cake you can even get a cup of coffee! “

2) Badeschiff Wien – Swimming pool, bar and club on the river
Vienna Spotter Alicja Swierczek “A pool on the Danube, what more do you want? A place to catch a sunburn in summer, tasty food and drinks are almost close at hand, and a bar plus dance floor to never ever leave this location again.”

3) Hotkultur – Second Hand Shopping and creative Fashion design
Daniela Lettner & Giambattista Pace: “That Ewa is a great fashion designer is probably less known. […] She basically makes new things out of old ones. Not a single piece is similar to the other!”

4) Street art – Keep your eyes open for Vienna street art
Vienna Spotter Katrin-Sophie Dworczak: “A daring artist once sprayed “Cross line to feel female” and “Cross line to feel male” tags across town – even or above all in front of museums – questioning stereotypes of masculinity and femininity.”

5) Brunnenmarkt & Yppenplatz – A really local food market
Spotted by Linda Nepicks: “I think it’s a very different part from Vienna, which most tourists will not see. And worth to see! Fruits and veggies are way cheaper than on any other market in Vienna…”
